Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts Empty House Party Hints at Exquisite Designs
The annual Empty House Party for the Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts was held at a stunning 1916 English Tudor home. This party provided a preview of the designer’s visions for the home’s makeover. This year’s house featured a minty green interior, original chandeliers, and a badminton court.
Over 20 designers worked within a preassigned color palate to create their rooms and express their own unique aesthetic. Rooms ranged from a celestial themed nursery with a Victorian puppet theater to a glam rock style teen bedroom.
Construction and decorating will begin shortly and the house will be open for tours starting on the April 23, 2017.
