Pasadena Detectives Arrest Three Suspects for Two-Day Robbery Spree



In a the two day period of April 27 and 28, a total of eight strong arm street robberies occurred in the City of Pasadena. Victims were assaulted and their cellphones, purses, wallets and/or iPads were forcibly taken.

Robbery detectives investigating the events immediately focused on the cases and developed leads resulting in the identity of three individuals responsible for the robbery spree.

Thursday night, Pasadena Police announced that about 4:00 p.m. the day before detectives arrested Tyrek Adam, a 19 year old Pomona resident in Pasadena, and at 10:00 p.m., detectives arrested Calvin Mosley, 18 years old in the 900 block of Kirkwood Ave, Pasadena.

Thursday at approximately noon, detectives arrested one male juvenile, 17 years of age in Pasadena. The two adults have been booked in the Pasadena city jail and are being held on $350,000 bail. The juvenile was transported to a juvenile holding facility.

Detectives successfully recovered some of the stolen property.

Detectives will be seeking robbery and assault charges on the three suspects with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office in the next few days.
